Job Title: Baby Room Team Leader
Location:Burnely, Lancashire
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 40 Hours a week
Salary: Up to £28,000 a year
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team within a large and spacious baby room to effectively manage and support the existing team as the room lead. You will be responsible for supporting to deliver high quality care and education to children, support their individual needs and development, and to create a nurturing and stimulating environment in order to provide the best early start to life. Experience in working within a babyroom and how to effectively support them is desireable alongside previous experience within a leadership role.
Requirements:
- Relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
- Experience working within Early Years and children 0-2 years
- Knowledge and understanding of Early Years Framework and safeguarding
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
