### About the RoleAs a Year 1 TA, you will play a key role in providing support to our classroom teacher and ensuring that all students receive the encouragement and assistance they need. ### Key RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:- **Phonics Experience:** Proficiency in phonics teaching strategies and the ability to support early literacy development.- **Minimum Qualification:** Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher.- **Experience:** Previous experience working with primary school children, especially in Year 1 or early years, is highly desirable.- A friendly, patient, and supportive approach to working with young children.
