Nursery Teacher - Radlett, Hertfordshire
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Radlett, Hertfordshire, for a passionate and qualified Nursery Teacher. Role Overview: As a Nursery Teacher, you will:
- Lead engaging, curriculum-based learning activities that inspire curiosity and a love for learning in young children
- Create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Develop individual learning plans, observing and assessing progress to meet each child's developmental needs
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members, contributing to a collaborative and supportive nursery community
Requirements:
- Level 6 Early Years Teacher qualification or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Previous experience working with young children in a teaching capacity, ideally as a Nursery Teacher, Early Years Educator, or Reception Teacher
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a passion for early childhood education and child development
