- Preparing learning materials and resources to engage and support pupils
- Supporting students to build communication skills, including verbal and non-verbal communication
- Helping students with physical tasks (e.g., personal care, mobility) where necessary
- Providing pastoral support and helping students with emotional and behavioural challenges
- Promoting a safe and positive classroom environment where students feel comfortable and encouraged to participate
What We're Looking For:

- Experience supporting students with SEN or special needs is highly desirable, but not essential
- A clear and enhanced DBS check or the willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of students with SEND
- Full-time availability (as part-time candidates will not be considered)
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for supporting vulnerable students
What We Offer:
- Immediate start subject to registration
- Competitive pay ranging from £85 to £110 per day, paid weekly
- A full-time, long-term position with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role for the right candidate
- The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the academic and personal development of students with special needs
- A supportive school environment focused on inclusion and student well-being
