About the Role:We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic supply teachers to join our network of educators across schools in the Hyndburn region. This is an excellent opportunity for ECTs to build their experience and develop their teaching practice in different settings, or for experienced teachers to enjoy the flexibility of supply teaching and maintain a healthier work-life balance.
During the winter months, sickness bugs are more common, and this typically leads to a significant demand for supply teachers. As a result, there is plenty of work available, offering you the opportunity to work as much or as little as you choose.

Key Responsibilities:- Delivering pre-planned lessons to students across various subjects and age groups.
- Ensuring a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Managing student behavior in line with the school's policies.
- Providing feedback to the regular class teacher and school management.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and teaching styles.
Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Passion for teaching and providing quality education.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and school cultures.
- Experience with the UK curriculum (preferable but not essential).
