- These positions require you to be experienced in supporting pupils with various needs, depending on the role and your experiences, you could be working alongside learners who demonstrate high risk and challenging behaviour, or providing nurture-based support for children with learning and complex needs.
- It will be the TA's responsibility to not only guide them through their learning but help manage and regulate their behaviour, whilst working alongside teaching staff, managers, and other support assistants in creating a holistic approach to providing the safest educational environment for the young learners to develop in.
The Role:
- Working 1:1 with a child to create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
- Working within a supportive staff grouping where everyone follows the same standards and ethos.
- Gaining first-hand experience within the SEN/SEMH sector.
