Job Advertisement: Part-Time Nursery SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Burnley Position: Part-Time SEN Teaching Assistant (Mornings)
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Our nursery in Burnley is seeking a dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with diverse needs in their learning and development.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive environment.
- Assist with individual and small group activities.
- Monitor and track progress, providing feedback to educators and parents.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a nursery or educational setting.
- Knowledge of special educational needs and strategies to support them.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude.
Hours: Mornings only, flexible schedule available. Salary: Competitive and based on experience
