Job Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support the learning and development of pupils in a vibrant school in Blackburn. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers, assisting in both one-to-one and group settings to ensure all students receive the help they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
- Assist in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one support for pupils with additional needs, ensuring they are fully engaged in their learning.
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and productive atmosphere.
- Work with pupils across various subjects, adapting resources and learning materials as needed.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a passion for education.
