Salary: £140+ per day (DOE)
Contract: Full-time (term-time only)

A wonderful SEN School in Epping are looking for a Primary or SEN QTS Teacher to join their school from October 2024. This specialist SEN school has a warm and welcoming environment and is a looking to become an integral part of the local community, assiting students 11-18 with Autism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a class of KS3 level SEN pupils, providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- This class will be run similar to a primary model. The teacher will be required to deliver all lessons to a small group of pupils; therefore, they must have experience teaching across the curriculum and with a therapeutic, multi-sensory approach.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to achieve their best.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Federation to share resources, support, and innovative teaching practices.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in teaching KS3 or SEN
- A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enhanced Child & Adult DBS Check
