Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the learning and development of all students

Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching in primary education, ideally within KS2
- A thorough understanding of the Year 3 curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for education and making a difference in students' lives
