Graduate Teaching Assistant - maths and science focusStart asapIsleworth, HounslowFull time, term time onlyVeritas are working with a well-established and prestigious, all boys secondary school in Hounslow.The school are looking an inspiring STEM graduate to support Gifted KS5 students in science and maths who are interested in pursuing STEM related degrees/careers. A degree relating to engineering, science or maths is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience tutoring GCSE/ A level students.The school are particularly interested in meeting candidates that have a keen interest in pursuing a career in teaching.This role will continue until July 2025.The school is located close to various local bus routes and is a short distance from a mainline train station. There is some parking available on site.
Key skills and experience needed:
- STEM related degree
- Experience working with children or young adults
- B or above in subjects at A level
- Behaviour management skills
- Professional manner and enthusiastic
