Position: Inclusion Support Worker (Early Years)Start Date: SeptemberDuration: Long Term/Permanent OpportunitySalary: £90-£100 per day (depending upon experience)
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Inclusion Support Worker to join one of our primary schools in the Early Years department. This role is pivotal in providing support to young children, ensuring they receive the best start in their educational journey. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work both in group settings and on a one-to-one basis with different children, tailoring support to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide group work and intervention sessions.
- Offer one-to-one support to children with varying needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote inclusion and participation.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent support for children.
- Monitor and report on the progress and development of the children.
- Create a nurturing and empathetic environment to foster children's growth and well-being.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Early Years education.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with young children, including those with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and nurturing approach to support children's development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
