Your Role

As a Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education tailored to the individual needs of our pupils. You will create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all pupils.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.
  • Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes learning and respect.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil progress and well-being.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, employing positive behaviour strategies.
  • Required Skills and Experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential requirement.
  • SEN and SEMH Experience: Experience working with pupils who have SEN and SEMH needs is highly desirable.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Passion for Teaching: Commitment to making a difference in the lives of young learners.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to tailor teaching approaches to meet the needs of individual pupils.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
