Your Role
As a Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education tailored to the individual needs of our pupils. You will create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all pupils.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes learning and respect.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil progress and well-being.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, employing positive behaviour strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential requirement.
- SEN and SEMH Experience: Experience working with pupils who have SEN and SEMH needs is highly desirable.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for Teaching: Commitment to making a difference in the lives of young learners.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to tailor teaching approaches to meet the needs of individual pupils.
- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
