The Role:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team full-time. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive setting, where you will be an integral part of our children's early development and learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care and Education: Provide high-quality care and educational experiences for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Planning and Assessment: Develop and implement engaging activities and learning plans. Observe, assess, and record each child's progress.
- Partnership with Parents: Foster strong, open relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved in their child's development.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by following safeguarding procedures and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the nursery to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience working with children in an early years setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creativity, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
- Passion: A genuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a positive impact on children's lives.
