Job Advertisement: Full-Time Level 3 Practitioner
Position: Level 3 Practitioner
Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Practitioner ready to inspire and nurture young minds? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team in a permanent, full-time role, working 40 hours a week across 4 or 5 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that support children's development and learning.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can explore, get messy, and enjoy the outdoors.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive nursery community.
- Sing, play, and actively participate in children's daily activities, creating memorable and enjoyable experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to children's progress and development.
- Collaborate with the nursery team to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
Requirements:
- Relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Proven experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting.
- Passion for childcare and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Willingness to sing, get messy, and engage in outdoor activities with enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours a week across 4 or 5 days.
- Access to a car is preferred but not essential.
