Job Advertisement: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: PE9
Position: Full-Time (Over 4/5 Days)

Nestled in the beautiful PE9 area, our nursery incorporates a Forest School program, fostering a deep connection between children and nature. Role Overview: As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in our nursery team, providing high-quality care and education to children. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing engaging activities, observing and assessing children's progress, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Childcare & Education:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for all children.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments, maintaining accurate records.
Forest School Program:
- Participate in our Forest School activities, encouraging children to explore and learn in a natural setting.
- Promote environmental awareness and outdoor education.
Family Support:
- Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers, offering support and guidance as needed.
- Communicate effectively about children's progress and any concerns.
Staff Development & Wellbeing:
- Engage in continuous professional development opportunities.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture focused on staff wellbeing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Passion for early childhood education and development.
- Knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
