- Position: Psychology Graduate Assistant
- Location: Barking, East London
- Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Pay: Earn up to £500 a week depending on education and experience
- Contract: Long-term, Full-time
- Start Date: September 2024

A 'Good' OFSTED graded Primary School in Barking, East London is looking for enthusiastic and passionate graduates for September, to make a difference and help inspire young learners with SEN.
About the Psychology Graduate Assistant Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a full-time Psychology Graduate Assistant where you will play a crucial role in both the classroom environment and working 1:1 with those with a range of Special Educational Needs, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities for Psychology Graduate Assistant:
- Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation.
- Provide 1-1 support for children with SEN.
- Adapt learning materials and resources to meet the needs of every child in the classroom, including those with SEN.
- Support social and emotional development for all and be a positive role model.
Requirements for Psychology Graduate Assistant:
- Minimum education - Undergraduate Degree.
- Ideally a background in Psychology with some clinical experience - not necessary.
- Experience working within the education sector is desired.
- Academically strong and enthusiastic about education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning.
- An enhanced DBS on the online update service is desired but not necessary.
