Position: Year 4 TeacherLocation: Accrington, LancashireSalary: Competitive, Based on ExperienceStart Date: September 2024 The Role:We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported. ECTs welcome!
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and development.
- Participate in school activities, events, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally with Year 4 students.
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
