Key Responsibilities:* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lesson plans tailored to early years children.* Support individual students and small groups to reinforce learning concepts through play-based and structured activities.* Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.* Prepare and organise learning materials and resources appropriate for EYFS.* Provide support during school activities and outings.* Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly classroom.* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student development.
Essential Requirements:* Must have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Demonstrate high standards of classroom practice.
