Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our teams in Harrogate, Ripon, and Boroughbridge. These are full-time, permanent positions. The ideal candidates will hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and have experience working in a baby room. A valid driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver stimulating and age-appropriate activities for children in the baby room.
- Provide high-quality care and support for babies, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment for the children.
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a nursery setting, preferably in a baby room.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence is essential.
