Job DescriptionThey are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to their Year 4 students, fostering a love for learning and ensuring every child makes excellent progress.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages pupils to take risks and learn from their mistakes.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of each child.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Contribute to the wider school community and its continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A proven track record of successful teaching experience, preferably in Key Stage 2.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
