Position: Full-Time (Over 4/5 Days)

We proudly offer a Forest School program, creating an enriching environment where children can learn and grow through nature. Our nursery is deeply committed to supporting our families and fostering the development and wellbeing of our staff.
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and educational activities that support children's development. You will work closely with a team of professionals to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all our children.
Key Responsibilities:
Childcare & Education:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Observe, monitor, and assess children's progress, maintaining thorough records.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages each child's individual growth.
Forest School Program:
- Actively participate in our Forest School sessions, guiding children in outdoor learning experiences.
- Promote environmental stewardship and a love of nature through hands-on activities.
Family Support:
- Develop strong, positive relationships with parents and caregivers.
- Provide regular updates on children's progress and address any concerns.
Staff Development & Wellbeing:
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture focused on staff wellbeing.
- Participate in staff meetings and wellbeing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and outdoor learning.
