The Role: As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you will support the nursery team on a flexible, as-needed basis. Your duties will include:
Delivering high-quality care to children within the nursery
Ensuring a safe, fun, and educational environment for children of various ages
Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging activities
Promoting children's learning, development, and well-being
Supporting the day-to-day routines, including personal care and safeguarding
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Education qualification (or equivalent)
Passion for working with children and supporting their development
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable
A friendly, flexible, and professional attitude
Valid DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
