The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs
- Build positive relationships and act as a trusted adult role model
- Support behaviour regulation strategies within lessons and around school
- Encourage engagement, confidence, attendance and social development
- Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and SEND professionals
