The Role
- Supporting and inspiring children through engaging play and learning experiences
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Building meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observing and monitoring children's progress in line with the EYFS framework
- Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and curiosity
- Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting
- A caring, positive, and professional approach
- A genuine passion for helping children learn and develop
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
