What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children's learning and development through engaging play and activities
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observing and monitoring children's progress in line with the EYFS framework
- Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and social development
- Working collaboratively as part of a caring and dedicated team
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Has previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Is passionate about helping children reach their full potential
- Has a positive, caring, and professional approach
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Is reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering outstanding childcare
