What you'll be doing:

- Observing and tracking children's progress in line with the EYFS framework
- Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and creativity

What we're looking for:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive
- A positive, proactive, and caring approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
Why you'll love this role:
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Competitive rates of pay
- A supportive management team that values your contribution
- Opportunities for training and career progression
- A welcoming nursery environment with a strong team culture
- The chance to make a real difference in children's lives every day
