The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes when their regular teacher is unavailable, ensuring students remain focused, engaged and well behaved.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising students across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Delivering pre-prepared work and ensuring students remain on task.
- Maintaining a positive and purposeful classroom environment.
- Managing behaviour in line with the school's policies.
- Supporting students with their learning where appropriate.
