The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Working alongside experienced teachers and pastoral staff, your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting students in lessons across a variety of subjects
- Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions
- Assisting students with additional learning needs
- Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Supporting behaviour management in line with school policies
- Encouraging student confidence, participation, and academic progress
- Providing classroom and administrative support where required

- Able to provide references covering the last two years
Previous experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential. This could include tutoring, coaching, mentoring, volunteering, youth work, or care experience.
