Veritas Education is recruiting three Learning Support Assistants to join an ambitious and forward-thinking secondary school in South West London.

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support students with SEND and additional learning needs within lessons and around the school.
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure students can access learning and make progress.
- Provide academic, social and emotional support to individual students and small groups.
- Promote confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours.
- Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
Essential:
- Previous experience working within a school setting.
- Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, proactive and resilient approach.
- A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential.
