Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable experience, build your confidence, and find the right school to begin your teaching career?
We are looking for an ECT/HLTA to work with a primary school in Leeds, for one term initially.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Working across school from Early Years to Year 6.
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, celebrating achievements and supporting development.
- Working collaboratively with experienced colleagues who can help you grow and develop as a teacher.
We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or teachers due to complete their training this year.
- A genuine passion for primary education and helping children achieve their potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible and positive approach to teaching and learning.
- Enthusiasm, resilience, and a willingness to learn and develop.
