What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assisting teachers with engaging and inclusive lessons
- Helping children develop confidence, social skills, and independence
- Providing additional support to pupils with SEN (Special Educational Needs)
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
Who We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from graduates who are:
- Passionate about working with children and young people
- Considering a future in teaching, Educational Psychology, or education-based careers
- Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic
- Strong communicators who enjoy working as part of a team
- Proactive, positive, and eager to learn
Degree backgrounds such as Psychology, Education, Sociology, Childhood Studies (or similar) are particularly relevant - but not essential.
