Veritas Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Settle, North Yorkshire, for a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their committed team from September 2026 on a fixed-term basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education and inspiring pupils to achieve their full potential. The role is full time, initially for the Autumn Term, with the potential for extension. The school is looking for someone with recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2 who can create engaging lessons, foster a love of learning and build positive relationships with pupils.

The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging, creative and well-structured lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Plan and assess learning effectively to ensure all pupils make excellent progress.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those requiring additional support or challenge.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
- Inspire pupils to become confident, independent learners with a love of learning.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive Key Stage 2 team.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
