Cover Supervisor
Start Date: September 2026 | Full-Time & Flexible Opportunities Available
Pay - £100-£130 p/day
Due to continued growth across the region, Veritas Education are now looking to recruit Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools (11-16) across Darlington from September.
We are keen to hear from both general cover supervisors and subject specialists who are confident leading lessons across a range of subjects or within their area of expertise.
The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of teaching staff
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support students to stay engaged and on task
- Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working with secondary-aged students (desirable)
- Confident managing behaviour and leading a classroom setting
