This role is open to both qualified and unqualified candidates, with previous nursery, childcare, or early years experience preferred.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing while helping to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where every child can flourish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Assisting with observations and learning journeys
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Supporting daily nursery routines and activities
- Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Qualified and unqualified candidates considered
- Previous nursery, childcare, or early years experience preferred
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework is advantageous
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
- A genuine passion for working with children
