Your role will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that support the EYFS framework
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Supporting children's learning through play, exploration, and routine
- Promoting independence, confidence, and social development
- Contributing to observations, assessments, and individual learning journeys
We're looking for:
- A Level 3 (or Level 2) qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- A passionate and dedicated practitioner who takes pride in their role
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
- A positive, proactive approach and a genuine love for working with children
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Someone who brings energy, creativity, and professionalism to the setting
What you'll get in return:
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
- Flexible working patterns to suit your lifestyle
- Opportunities for ongoing training and career progression
- A warm, independent nursery environment where your voice is heard
- The chance to make a real impact on children's early development
