PE Teacher - Long-Term Role
Bradford | Full-Time | Immediate Start
Veritas Education is working in partnership with a secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic PE Teacher for a full-time, long-term position, starting immediately.
This is an excellent opportunity for a committed PE specialist to join a supportive school environment and make a positive impact on pupils' health, wellbeing, and engagement in physical education.
The Role
- Teaching PE across Key Stages (KS3 and KS4, depending on experience)
- Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive PE lessons
- Promoting physical activity, teamwork, and positive behaviour
- Contributing to extracurricular sports and whole-school activities where appropriate
- Working collaboratively with department colleagues and the wider school team
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting (placements considered)
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Is reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to long-term teaching
- Has, or is willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS on the update service
