Graduate Sports Coach
Location: Bradford Contract: Part-time / Full-time Start Date: Flexible
Veritas Education is working in partnership with a secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit a Graduate Sports Coach to support students both inside and outside of the classroom.
This role is ideal for a graduate with a background in sports coaching, PE delivery, or running holiday clubs / summer camps, who is looking to gain experience within an educational setting or pursue a long-term career in education.
The Role:
- Deliver and support high-quality sports and physical activity sessions
- Engage pupils in structured sport, physical education, and enrichment activities
- Support behaviour, teamwork, and positive participation
- Work alongside teaching and pastoral staff to promote student well-being
- Opportunities to support PE lessons, extracurricular clubs, and school sport initiatives
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a degree in any subject
- Has experience in sports coaching, youth work, or leading physical activity sessions
- Confident working with children and young people
- Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic about working in education
- Experience in schools is desirable but not essential
