About the Role
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming early years setting in York. In this role, you will:
Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework
Support children's learning, development, and emotional well-being
Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
Work collaboratively with a supportive and friendly staff team
Build strong, positive partnerships with children, parents, and carers
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
A good understanding of the EYFS framework
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
A caring, proactive, and professional approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive
