About the Role
As a Qualified Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting young children during their most important developmental years. You will:
Support children's learning, development, and emotional well-being
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
Work flexibly across a variety of welcoming early years settings
Collaborate with experienced, supportive, and high-quality staff teams
Build positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare / Early Years Education
A genuine passion for working with young children
Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting
A caring, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach
Flexibility and reliability for supply-based work
