Early Years Practitioner - Level 3 Qualified (Full Time, Permanent) - LS15
Salary: Up to £12.50 per hour (increasing from 1st April) Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Location: LS15, Leeds Contract: Permanent, Full Time

What You'll Be Doing
Creating engaging, stimulating learning experiences in line with the EYFS
Building strong, positive relationships with children and families
Acting as a Key Person, supporting children's development and wellbeing
Bringing new ideas, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to daily practice
Working collaboratively with a supportive, friendly team
Ensuring a safe, inclusive, high‑quality environment for all children
What We're Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
A confident, bubbly, enthusiastic character
Passion for Early Years and child development
Ability to work full time, 40 hours over 5 days
Strong communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude
Someone who is reliable, caring, and eager to grow professionally
