About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting young children during their most important developmental years. You will:
Support children's learning, development, and emotional well-being in line with the EYFS
Work as part of a warm, supportive, and high-quality early years team
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Help plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive

Requirements
Previous experience working within an early years or childcare setting
A genuine passion for supporting young children's development
Caring, enthusiastic, and patient with a child-centred approach
Reliable, adaptable, and confident working as part of a team
A good understanding of safeguarding and early years practice
