???? About the Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children aged 3-5 in their early development
- Assist with play‑based learning, phonics, and early numeracy
- Work closely with class teachers and SEN staff
- Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

- Experience working with children in Early Years (school, nursery, or childcare setting)
- A warm, patient, and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
