Supply Teacher - Primary School Location: Romford, Havering RM1
Veritas Education is currently recruiting a qualified and experienced Supply Teacher to work in one large, welcoming 3-4 form entry primary school based in Romford, Havering. From Early Years through to Key Stage 2, the school maintains high expectations for both attainment and behaviour. Supply teachers are expected to integrate smoothly into the established staff team, deliver engaging lessons and ensure consistency in learning. This role is ideal for a qualified teacher with QTS (essential) who is confident teaching across the primary age range and is seeking supply work within one consistent school setting, rather than moving between multiple schools.
The role:
You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining a calm and purposeful classroom environment, and ensuring pupils remain engaged and on task. You will follow school policies and provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each day. Strong behaviour management, flexibility and professionalism are essential.
Teaching may be across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, depending on school need and your experience and preferences.
Supply Teacher responsibilities:
