Are you looking for flexible work as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools across South West London?
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team and provide valuable support to secondary schools on an ad hoc basis. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexibility while gaining experience within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Ensure that students remain on task and follow the lesson plans provided
Maintain a positive learning environment and manage student behavior effectively
Support students with any queries they may have during the lesson
Provide feedback to the school on student engagement and behavior during the day
Requirements:
Previous experience working with young people (within a school setting is preferred, but not essential)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A proactive and adaptable approach to work
A passion for education and supporting student development
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
