About the Role We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in the Chelsea area. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed professional who is passionate about supporting young people's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting students in class, both one-to-one and in small groups
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
Supporting students with additional learning needs to access the curriculum
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school
Confidence supporting students across KS3 and KS4
A patient, proactive, and flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine commitment to supporting students' academic and personal progress
