SEN Support
Primary (Full-Time & Part-Time)
We are recruiting dedicated male SEN Support Workers to join our agency to work across specialist provisions in Bradford area, you will be supporting primary-aged children with complex Special Educational Needs. These roles are available on both a full-time and part-time basis.
Many of the children we support benefit hugely from strong, calm, consistent male role models who can offer structure, encouragement, and positive boundaries alongside compassion and understanding.
You would be supporting children who have complex needs and require a higher level of support due to a combination of learning, communication, emotional, behavioural, or physical needs. These children may have conditions such as autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning disabilities, sensory processing difficulties, or medical needs.
They may need support with emotional regulation, communication, behaviour, learning tasks, personal care, routines, and building positive relationships. Support is tailored to each child to help them feel safe, understood, and able to thrive.
Who We're Looking For
- Calm, patient, and resilient
- Comfortable with active roles, including outdoor learning and physical engagement
- Natural mentors, role models, or team players
- Confident setting clear boundaries in a positive way
Experience is welcome but not essential. We encourage applications from:
