About the RoleAs our Room Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of the 2-3s room - guiding your team, championing high‑quality practice, and creating a warm, stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore.

What You'll Be DoingLeading the 2-3s room with confidence, creativity, and a nurturing approach
Planning engaging, age‑appropriate activities that spark curiosity and support development
Supporting and mentoring your team to deliver outstanding practice
Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Ensuring the room runs smoothly, safely, and in line with EYFS standards
What We're Looking ForBringing fresh ideas, positive energy, and a fun‑loving personality to the team
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Ideally 1 year of experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
A warm, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
Someone who loves to get stuck in, lead by example, and inspire others
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
