About the Role
Secondary schools across Accrington are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and confident PE Teachers to deliver high‑quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Working through Veritas Education, you'll support schools with day‑to‑day cover, short‑term assignments, and opportunities that match your availability and teaching style.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
Promote teamwork, resilience and healthy lifestyles
Manage behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment
Support practical and theory-based PE sessions
Ensure safeguarding and school policies are followed
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant PE teaching experience
Strong classroom and behaviour‑management skills

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
