Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Term Time Only
Location: Bradford BD3
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Contract: Permanent
Are you a passionate, experienced Early Years Practitioner looking to make a real difference in a close‑knit community setting? My client is a small, community‑run nursery in the BD3 area of Bradford, dedicated to providing a warm, nurturing, and inclusive environment for local families. They are now looking for a committed Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their friendly team.
What We're Looking For
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
Minimum 3 years' experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A practitioner who is passionate, caring, and genuinely invested in children's development
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Someone who thrives in a small, community‑focused environment
A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with EYFS
Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
